Harbourside Cottage
Whilst we offer supremely comfortable and centrally-located serviced accommodation in Stromness with the Ferry Inn and Harbourside House, we also offer high standard self catering accommodation, in a similarly central location.
Harbourside Cottage at 19 John Street is approximately 20 metres from the Ferry Inn and Harbourside House and sleeps 4 between two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has full sized bunk beds and leads into Bedroom 2, which has a double bed. Both rooms have a dressing table, ample storage space and underfloor heating to keep you warm no matter what time of year you choose to take your Orkney holiday. A cot is available on request.
The sitting room / dining room has tables and chairs from which to enjoy your evening meal after a busy day's sightseeing, and a couch and TV and DVD player to enable you to relax at the end of the day. The sitting room also has a storage heater and an electric fire with a fan heater.
The fully-fitted kitchen at Harbourside Cottage has a full-size oven, a 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the hallway.
Finally, our bathroom is fitted with a bath with an overhead electric shower, a hairdryer, a shaver point and heated towel rail.
We're certain that you will find everything you need in Harbourside Cottage and will find it a great base for your time in Orkney!
Booking details
- Weekly stays with change over day, Saturday. Discount is available for fortnightly stays.
- Don't be afraid to ask about shorter breaks!
- Harbourside Cottage is a non-smoking property and we are sorry - pets are not allowed.
- Arrival by prior arrangement.
The flat must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
- A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking with balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
